Halides Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1995 after dissolution of a partnership firm previously formed by the name Hemvin Industries. The company was formed under leadership of Mr. Dhananjay V. Nigudkar. Since incorporation, it was prime aim of the company to supply quality chemicals with reliable services to the global chemical industry. Halides has been manufacturing N-Bromosuccinimide and N-Chlorosuccinimide since 1984. In 2004 N-Iodosuccinimide was successfully launched in the market.
With the vision to cater larger volumes, the manufacturing facility was shifted to Kurkumbh, which is a chemical zone near city of Pune, in 2001. The Kurkumbh facility has now got the ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates.
"Combining Quality and Reliability in Every Formulae" being our motto since inception, we have kept strict vigil on each gram of the product produced in our facility. Our mission is to understand needs of the customer and to fulfill them by using available resources strategically and intellectually.

Management:
Halides is operating under guidance following Board Members.
Mr. Dhananjay V. Nigudkar
Mr. Dhananjay is having vast experience in the field for 34 years. He is a founder of the company and has led company to the current position with his futuristic vision. Now he is mentoring the company to achieve further goals.
Mrs. Shailaja D. Nigudkar
Mrs. Shailaja who is a graduate in Microbiology has played an important role in the foundation of the company. She was actively involved in the administration of the company. Now she is mentoring the company.
Mr. Sanket D. Nigudkar
Mr. Sanket has completed his post graduation in Organic Chemistry from UK and after returning back to India he joined the company. Now he is handling production and research and development department of the company.
Mr. Sameer D. Nigudkar
Mr. Sameer is a next generation of the founders of the company. He is now actively involved in the administration of the company.
